Happy first birthday to Powerbutton!

The Powerbutton team is delighted to be celebrating our first year of business this month.

It’s certainly been an exciting 12 months, as we firstly looked to establish this new brand, before starting to reach new customers and deliver the very best consumer electrical goods from leading manufacturers.

Now that first year milestone is here, we wanted to reflect on the past 12 months – which have proven a steep learning curve in every aspect.

From the initial design, to the development of our product bundles, from shipping to payments, we feel we have come on a long way since our first few months.

Our aim has always been to provide quick, efficient delivery, with great customer service and a human approach. We have grown from being a faceless business to running a customer focused website.

We have learnt over the year which products are popular and our focus has changed throughout the course of the year from Bluetooth audio to a full array of Sonos bundles, a range of TV options and a choice of accessories to match.

Our most popular brands, Sonos and Flexson, have proven to be in particularly high-demand – both for accessories and speaker bundle packages.

Our competitive approach to Sonos bundles has also led to popular sales, particularly with the Sonos Beam and Sonos Play:1 speaker bundles.

Since the introduction of TV in January this year, we are also beginning to see growth in both new and refurbished models from Sony, Panasonic, JVC and more.

When it comes to highlights of the first year of business, the introduction of Tawk, the online chat app has definitely led to some highlights thanks to our ability to actively engage with the customer. We can easily answer any questions they may have in real time and provide the service that they are looking for. This has led us to supply products for birthdays, business meetings and much more.

As we set out on our second year of business, our goal is naturally to support continued growth.

We will be introducing OLED TV (for the local consumer) to our range very soon, as well as many more SKUs.

We are also looking at new areas of technology that could be added to our range to help provide our customers with even more options and value.
